    Delete ". The Alaska Railroad Corporation and the City of Nenana                                                            
shall make and execute an agreement to conduct any necessary                                                                    
surveying and platting actions"                                                                                                 
    Insert "that results from surveying and platting actions conducted                                                          
by agreement between the Alaska Railroad Corporation and the City                                                               
of Nenana"
